**Job Summary:**

At Apex Pharmacy Solutions, our Certified Pharmacy Technician – Fulfillment plays an integral role in our patient-care mission. You will work in our high-volume production fulfillment zone, processing patient-specific prescription orders with precision, speed, and a commitment to quality. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician ready to grow in a dynamic compounding environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Prescription Fulfillment

› Process patient-specific prescription orders with accuracy and efficiency, meeting established daily KPIs.

› Operate pharmacy systems and equipment accurately per SOPs and applicable regulations.

› Ensure compliance with USP <795> and <797> standards applicable to the role.

› Maintain meticulous documentation and records for all fulfillment activities.

Performance & Growth

› Demonstrate consistent accuracy and productivity in a high-volume compounding fulfillment environment.

› Advance technical proficiency through structured performance benchmarks aligned with departmental standards.

› Opportunities for growth into senior technician and lead roles based on demonstrated performance and competency.

Team & Operations

› Collaborate with pharmacists and teammates to support seamless patient care delivery.

› Support inventory management; uphold cleanliness and organization in the fulfillment area.

**Qualifications:**

Required

› Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license (TSBP).

› High school diploma or GED.

Preferred

› PTCB or NHA CPhT national certification.

› Prior pharmacy fulfillment or production experience.

› Strong computer skills and data entry accuracy.

› Knowledge of LifeFile pharmacy management software.

› Customer service experience in pharmacy/healthcare.
